my earliest memory of new york city
materialized in the form of opera-goers, quietly appearing and then disappearing into a cavernous concert hall. this simple occurrence struck me as haunting, yet beautiful.
at the time, i was attending university in atlanta, working a few jobs and photographing live music on the side. this led to freelancing for media agencies and music magazines, flying to new york every opportunity that arose. a few years later, i was driving my father's car with all of my belongings, heading to brooklyn.
since moving to new york city, my passions and aspirations have evolved into greater realizations of themselves, which has led to my most recent professional position as social media lead at SocialQ + consulting for select brands.
